Update an Image in Outlook Email Signature (without coding)
You can update any image in your email signature on Outlook using the following method - without the need to edit its HTML code.
Before you begin ensure you have the following on hand:
- The new image you want to add - ensure it is the same size as the current image otherwise, this may break your HTML signature. i.e 300 x 200px
Here's what you need to do:
1. Open your computer's file manager and paste this in the file path: %AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures - hit enter.
2. You'll see a list of your email signature files in Outlook. Open the folder for the email signature you want to replace the banner on.
3. In the folder, look for the image and take note of its name. For example image002. Delete the older image and paste the new image here in this folder. Rename the new image the same as the old one, so it updates in Outlook.
4. Restart Outlook and check if the image has been updated.
You can also see a quick screen recording on how to navigate the files here
