Blacklist emails - KonsoleH

Here’s how you can blacklist email addresses to stop their spam from reaching your inbox:

1. Browse to http://login.konsoleh.co.za and log in.
2. Select Mail from the left-hand menu.
3. Select the Black/Whitelist under Mail.
4. Click on the Blacklist button at the top of the window.
5. Enter the email address (or multiple comma-separated addresses) in the Address field and click Add.
6. To remove addresses from the Blacklist/Whitelist, tick the checkbox next to the entry and select Delete from the top menu.
7. There is a quota of 500 email addresses for both whitelisting and blacklisting. Should you exceed 500 addresses, you will first need to delete an email address before adding a new address to the black/whitelisting.
